100% agree. I rejoined VM after spending 6 months with PlusNet @ 33-35Mb max speed. PN cancellation charges were covered (Only just) by the initial VM discount. That was 11 months ago...... here I go again with the annual price increase / renegotiation dance.
I KNOW I will have to cancel in order to at least fix price for another 12-18 months, at best.

My point exactly, the connection is good, but the support is terrible, and in three years I've needed it twice.

It was nice not having a price rise last year, and I'd happily carry on paying what I am, but the price increase is ripping the [censored] out of it, and then in March I lose the discount further impacts it.
