Back again for me too Virgin won't fix this like the rest of their rubbish network and charge the most for it!

I think we are past the point of having the chance to fix it, does anyone have an ofcom contact to get some pressure on this

Ofcom are not really there to enforce network quality, they are sort of a commercial regulator and they will likely just point you in the direction of ADR (CISAS in VMs case).

This has got to be beyond ADR, its a national issue.

It never stopped.

I'm thinking its not getting fixed now. Maybe if the whole of virgin media do speed tests at once then we can see how much impact that has.

Looking back I can see these spikes most days from 8pm to 10pm....
