It's a bit of a joke. I put my disconnection notice on, got a callback promising they would send out a Hub 5, can you get what they sent me the second time around. Yep.....another Hub 4. I got through to the Exec team in the end after kicking off and they said it's not on, but after they investigated they said they were out of Hub 5's "because of the semi-conductor supply chain issues". I'd love to know if they have ring fenced them for new customers.

Just buy a decent router.
I know you shouldn't have to but ISPs generally provide the bare minimum and one that favours them rather than the customer e.g. locked down to reduce supports calls.
