Re: Are Virgin rolling out in Exmouth?

In reply to a post by Kr1s69:
The virgin packages seem super confusing as someone who’s never had a virgin service before.
In a previous property I had NTL digital TV & cable modem (Before the merger with TW & purchase of Virgin Mobile). Back then the TV service was similar to the Sky+ type service, even called V+. In my current property I only have internet from Virgin Media, although this town was cabled in the early 1990s so its the original Coax (HFC) network. The TV services on the website just don’t interest me, and I don’t have satellite either….

Friends across town removed Virgin last year after 20+ years, one of the complaints was the many many changes meant that the TV6 box (unclear if still available) actually stopped recording locally, and saved a link to On Demand, which in some cases said “not available due to rights”. They felt they would have been better off with a VHS or DVD recorder, so just gave up and went to Freeview.
