Can't understand my first bill :(

[link to this post]

Hi all

Just signed up with Virgin about a week ago and this is what it shows re. my bill:

"First month: 29th August - 27th September (£26.50)

A month in advance: 28th September - 27th October (£62.00)"
___

Now that £62.00 figure is from the first month onwards when my 18-month contract finishes in February 2026.

Why is it showing as if I'll be paying that when I'm *in* contract? 😦

Thanks.

Billing for any company is very complicated, it will be quickest for you to contact VM either by phone, or on the community forum. The staff at VM can see what you have signed up for, and what they are billing for, and can talk you through the bill.

As always with bills need the breakdown, hate how they dumbed down these days.

I think I remember been told when I joined VM last time, I would have an inflated first bill, but a rebate in the second bill for it.
