Having some difficulty with VM; I've called the CS a few times and they've said they can't identify an issue and the service is working as expected (250 MBs), but I've been dealing with major lag spikes and packet loss.
Can someone let me know if my BQM looks as expected, or if there really is an issue that they need to fix?
