Working ADSL but no account or invoice!

We have a couple of Vodafone Enterprise Broadband ADSL services at work that were migrated from Demon Internet.

The migrations have happened and we have service using the usernames and passwords the Vodafone 'welcome' email sent us but we don't receive any invoices and don't have any account details.

I've contacted Vodafone several times and they've not been able to help get this sorted out! We'd like to have an account ( and invoices ) so if we have service problems we can get help.

Any ideas?

Either send an email to their CEO, I did that a few years ago and I did get replies. Alternative send them a letter by recorded delivery.

I had a similar issue with BT a few years ago. I did manage to cancel it as I thought BT might send me a large bill if they eventually noticed.

Personally I'd write to them (recorded delivery) to say that unless they can provide contract details within say 14 days, you will consider the service to be provided at no cost until they tell you it will be charged from a future date.
Likely you'll have free service for years.
Just hope you don't ever have to report a fault.
