We have a couple of Vodafone Enterprise Broadband ADSL services at work that were migrated from Demon Internet.
The migrations have happened and we have service using the usernames and passwords the Vodafone 'welcome' email sent us but we don't receive any invoices and don't have any account details.
I've contacted Vodafone several times and they've not been able to help get this sorted out! We'd like to have an account ( and invoices ) so if we have service problems we can get help.
Any ideas?
