No Broadband or Phone (or 4G)

Going downhill... since the storm on Wednesday, no phone & no internet; Support useless...and to make matters worse Vodafone 4g went out at the same time, and when it came back on has had a signal more like "1G", again waste of time with an overseas call centre trying to get them to understand the issue!
