Been happening on and off the last 3 weeks

honestly getting a little annoyed now.

also it has been 1 year and my I.P address is still viewed as being from India.

Vodafone FTTH - 500/500

On the IP address geo-ip, see no problems we see it as GB so should others if up to date.

As its a year, then suggests CityFibre based FTTP, have they done all the usual checks on the fibre and local node

I'd suggest setting up a BQM if you haven't already. My CityFibre based VF FTTP connection had an ongoing issue for a couple of weeks which was very apparent on the BQM graph - turned out to be a faulty line card on CityFibre's side of the network causing dropouts and severely reduced throughput.
