1600mbit / Openreach VF

Wondering if anyone has this yet? According to BB checker I can get it, but Vodafone site is lagging with the upgrades. Anyone know what ONT they are using? The 'Ultrahub' is limited with 1gbit LAN ports but the 6E side will deliver 1921mbits in my house. £70 is steep so I'll wait until it drops to £50 before I bite.

For some reason Vodafome are not upgrading existing FTTP customers who have the 1 gig ONT
dont know the reason for this Openreach are not charging thousands for the 2.5 gig ONT.

I accidentally received an email saying my contract was up for renewal so I phoned up to cancel. They put me through to retention and it transpired the email was a mistake. I told them I wasn't happy and I would cancel in 6 months at the actual expiration. So they gave me a £21pm discount on the 900MBps service, the only catch being it results in a new 2 year contract.
I'll wait until the 2Gbps service comes down in price before upgrading as I don't really need it
