I tried to pay 10 euro to Voipcheap.com last night and discovered
that Barclaycard had automatically banned payments to them as
default. I spoke to somebody in a far off land who put me through
to their fraud prevention department who said there were a lot of
fraudulent payments about nowadays!
They released the block, I tried again, and Voipcheapwould not accept
the payment following two previous failures. Try again tomorrow it
said so i tried again today.............
I'm thinking of paying for 24/7 cheap call from Plusnet at this point.
