If I am on a call and somebody else rings me there is a beep and the line drops.
Any suggestions?

Rebooted HT 802 config without any changes and the problem went away.
Not really a satisfactory solution, have to see if it lasts.

That’s very likely a setup issue or artefact of your ATA, rather than the Sipgate service.

Sounds like call waiting is being processed wrong by the ATA. If you don't need the feature then see if Sipgate can turn it off.

Call waiting was my first thought, looking at config it was disabled as I expected..
I then rebooted without any changes and the problem went
It's not come back on tests yet, time will tell if permanent.
