Our community shop had signed a five year deal with BT for Cloud Voice before asking my help, so we are locked in to that. But we aren't tied to BT for Broadband, and I was thinking of moving to Zen.
I have had a mixed experience with running other VOIP services. The VOIP phone that I have running on Sipgate VOIP seems very happy behind anybody's router without special settings, but I had a torrid time at home with trying to configure my own router for A&A's VOIP offering (now resolved by moving to an A&A pre-configured router),
I am wondering whether I am setting myself up for grief if I try to set up BT Cloud Voice on someone else's Broadband. What experience have others had - how fussy is BT Cloud Voice?
