We could say - maybe double check the settings - but the thing may be locked down. And if it was meant to be pre configured Octaplus then it should be provisioned correctly

Latest update, I had to ring them as they stopped answering emails.
The guy on the phone was ok and went through some things on both routers but it still wouldnt work. I’m now back on the old tp link with a promise they will get onto height and sort this out within 24 hours
I wont hold my breath.

Hi
The latest was last Monday when they mailed full of apologies with the news that I was getting a different router.
Since then nothing so really not much to report.
