Voip charges?

Am I right in thinking that calling a geographical 01xxx Voip number costs the same as dailing a regular landline?

So if the person calling has a package including free calls to landlines that calling the VOIP number would also be free?

I'm pretty sure thats the case but just wanted to double check just to be on the safe side.

an 01xxx number is a geographical number just like a landline there's only one charging regime for those.
