Please give more information about your setup. WHat router/firewall. Is there a seperate VoIP device? If yes have you forwarded the correct ports, ie for Sipgate ensure 5060 UDP, 5004 UDP, and if using STUN 10000 UDP are forwarded to you VoIP device. If its internal to the router such as with the Draytek 2800VG then you dont need to forward anything. Just set thing up using domain/proxy as sipgate.co.uk, SIP port 5060. then enter your SIP ID and password in the right boxes. If you are behind other NAT devices, such as inside a network, either configure your external IP as your real IP, or configure STUN, for sipgate they have stun.sipgate.co.uk:10000
Hope this helps, without more information i cannot be specific to your problem.
