Draytek 2800VG help

I've just bought a draytek 2800VG and i'm struggling to get the voip ports working correctly. I currently use a PAP2 with no problems with internetcalls and sipgate. I've put the same settings into the 2800VG but it won't work the same. I can make a call but can't hear anythink in the phone earpiece and when i try to call the voip number it says that the user isn't currently online. When i check the sipgate account details online it detects that i'm using a draytek 2800vg but says it's offline.

Can anybody help?

Did you see the advice on the 2600 at https://secure.sipgate.co.uk/user/configreader.php?show_conf=vigor2600v ?
(You have to be logged on to Sipgate for the link to work).

Its recognisable as pretty much the same as my 2900, so it might help with the 2800.
