SIPGate Alternative...

I need a sip service to make and receive some test calls.
I currently use SipGate to dial some 0800 number I own and this works OK.

But I'd also like to be able to dial into it.. this doesn't always work.

Can anyone recommend any service I can like to a PBX ?
