Voip Help

I have purchased a Linksys PAP2T and have a BT Graphite 1100 twin phone connected and my VOIP account is set up to Sipgate.

problem - I have a dial tone on this phone but are unable to dial out, when i call the number from my mobile phone rings but you are unable to hear anyone on the phone and no one can hear you

i have also tried a wired phone and this makes no difference

sipgate have a online help for setting up the PAP2T and have double checked all the settings

any suggestions

If you are not getting any audio both ways then almost always this is due to something blocking the RTP stream. Either your router / firewall or your ISP is the culprit.
