What institution are you studying at? Presumably undergrad degree in a BSc or BEng?

it's BE in nepal. honestly doesn't matter, ever university in nepal is [censored]. government colleges of this university are at least breath of some fresh air. but you have to be in top 1% in entrance exams to be there. i was too dumb for that.(they're not any GREAT but they're better than private engineering colleges that i'm studying..PS you get less competition there as everyone is studying for almost free. here students used to compete for scholarships(there would be like 10 good students in class and there were 5 scholarships lol the unhealthy comeptition was real).

http://pulchowk.elibrary.edu.np/

this is the difference between government and private college. government college library has all the books that are relevant to our sllyabus and examinations(i.e from where the syllabus is actually designd) they're generally indian written books. and most of them aren't available even if you want to buy them here. but our library doesn't have good books. they give you 1 book but that's just for formality they don't care about you learning or not.
