VOIP to Mobile

[link to this post]

Any advice appreciated.

Looking to go to FTTP with probably Octaplus, we have a landline number that is connected to a business.

What's the best way to keep this, and probably just divert to a mobile (want to keep the geographic number)?

Most providers have a landline option, but we don't make calls on the number, just pick up messages.

Cheers in advance.

Very pleased with Voipfone for my business number. Nice that voicemail goes to an email attachment.

With my Sipgate number have only ever used it for receiving calls on my mobile using GS Wave app, although have never used 'answerphone' as I don't have any credit on it, I would guess many other VoIP providers offer something similar.

AAISP’s voicemail (“answerphone”) just emails you the audio file. Doesn’t save it on a server anywhere, but they don’t have a PAYG service, its a credit account.
