@Mikkii1718,

My father has hearing issues and, as a result, my parents' have a couple of cordless phones that have an exceptionally load ringer that can be heard throughout their apartment. My father has a mobile phone that is designed for people that are hard of hearing and you can set the volume level a lot higher than with regular mobiles. Not sure of the models. FTR, there are hearing aids that have bluetooth that can be synced with most modern TV's and mobiles so that the TV (or mobile) doesn't have to be so loud.
