Virgin free webspace

Has anyone set up a website on Virgin free webspace ?
Could you please advise how I can upload Jpgs,I've only been able to upload text and single row/column tables, jpgs time out with error 150 Opening BINARY mode data connection,
I've been using Frontpage to design the website and Filezilla to upload.
If it's Frontpage that at fault can anyone recommend a
free wysiwyg program.

Have a look here as OS alternatives to Frontpage (which you shouldnt really use as it makes horrid code and has a tendancy to create weirdness in non-IE browsers)
