Nethosted - Problems Anyone?

I have a reseller account with nethosted and have had a couple of calls from people who can't access their emails or websites. Tried the nethosted website and can't access that either. Anyone help on this or shed any light please?

Unfortunately one of our Datacentre providers Coreix appear to be hit by a major outage, the entire datacentre is currently offline. We are trying to contact them presently however their phones are diverting calls due to most likely them working on this. It appears to have affected some major datacentres.

We are monitoring as many places as possible to stay informed on the issue but with no word from Coreix directly yet I cannot say how long this will take until resolved.

Please accept our apologies, once this is resolved we will be requesting a full report of what has happened here and will relay this through our site.

I have just found out that power appears to be out in Stratford which is where the datacentre is based, apparently the UPS have not done their job either.

I will update this thread if I have any further news on this.

If you learn any more information can you share it somewhere (here?) so that we can find out what is happening. Without the NetHosted site being up we are all in the dark.

shocking that two power grids, up's and generators did not trigger!

We have been informed that power should be restored in the datacentre within 30-60 minutes. Hopefully once this is done it should simply be a matter of starting the servers up assuming there have been no other ill effects from this incident.
