Re: Nethosted - Problems Anyone?

Indeed, extremely frustrating, but I can confirm service has been restored now across all of our servers. This will be fully investigated and an official explanation will be posted in our forum once we have this from the Datacentre.

Regards,

Darryl

Darryl, the sites are back but no access to email as yet - is that what you would expect?

Hi,

I can confirm email access should now be restored.

Thanks,

Andrew

Hi,

We have been made aware that the current power situation at the datacentre is temporary and there will be an additional downtime for the nethosted.co.uk, Neptune, Uranus, Saturn and Jupiter servers to follow.

This downtime will be 5-10 minutes while power is restored through the correct, redundant channels.

The exact time of this future outage is not yet known but we will post an update as soon as we have one.

Thanks,

Andrew

Hi,

The datacentre engineers no longer believe an additional downtime will be necessary to make the switch.

Thanks,

Andrew
