I haven't read any complaints and by all means lots of praise for them. Personally I would have no hesitation in moving to any of the ISPs I listed above and all them do monthly contracts and no costs to think of.

Another option is Namesco but they do have a charge if you leave in the first 12 months (IIRC it is

I may be incorrect here but is there a potential LLU issue? If the OP has been placed on the Tiscali LLU via PlusNet would that not limit their options as who they could migrate to?

If so, M you need to ascertain if you are on IPStream or LLU - I guess PlusNet could answer that, but don't do anything yet as somebody else may correct me.

Thinking aloud, what about www.samknows.com Use that and hit Availability Checker and see what it states.

I missed the fact that the OP might be on LLU. If they are then they should first look at the link in my signature to find a means for PN to move them back to BT IPStream for free and then request a MAC. Without doing that and migrating to another ISP would incur a cost of

Newnet is favourite atm, for price, comments in here and things.
