need new isp

hi folks i'm currrently on the zen 8000 pro service which i have no problems with apart from the 50gb cap which is a pain in the [censored],and i cant see them upping to to 100gb or anything in the near future,so can anyone recommend a good isp with good customer service(like zen) decent price around 30-40

high gb a month or unlimited no caps or nothing

Yes, it is free migration (unless on LLU, I don't think that will be the case with your line)

how long would it take to migrate and be back online again?

Migrations take about 7 days (depending on BT), but you should not be off-line, as your old connection should stay with you until you migrate over, and quite often there is an overlap period where both connection will work.
