Free migration away from LLU sky line?

Do any ISPs not charge an activation fee when migrating from sky's LLU line to a BT adsl. I need an ISP that offers a 1 or 3 month contract.

You might find it hard to get a free migration and a monthly or even 3 month contract.

We refer to LLU as local loop unbundled (from BT's network)

NewNet will accept LLU migrations at no charge - a highly recommended ISP in my opinion; fantastic customer support and very stable connections.

Edit: 1-month contract also.
