Help me choose an ISP, semi-heavy P2P user

[link to this post]

After a new ISP, am currently stuck with PlusNet but it's terrible and i've had enough!

Don't need MAX, currently have a 1MB connection and have been told by 2 seperate BT engineers that because I live in the middle of nowhere and i'm so far from the exchange that with MAX i'm likely to end up with a 512k connection.

I use P2P quite a lot, download around 50-80GB a month, however, I need something that will let me download through the day and in the evening, overnight downloading is useless to me as I have the PC in my bedroom and the noise keeps me awake. So I need an ISP that has peak times at something sensible like 5PM-11PM or around that, or ideally, no peak time restrictions.

Willing to pay up to

Have just had a look and the one standing out the most is UKFSN so far, the Original ADSL 1MB Fixed Package...can anyone from UKFSN let me know how they deal with heavy peak time traffic, is it shaped, throttled, restricted, etc? Will my P2P downloads be messed with in any way like PlusNet do...who then claim they don't, lol!

Is your exchange Sky enabled by any chance? If it is, what about the Max package, assuming you have Sky TV of course! Or maybe it may be cost effective to get Sky TV.
