I filled out the migration form earlier to sign up for Vivaciti but received no e-mail confirmation. Is this normal?
Is there any way I can track the order?

If you used a Hotmail or similar address, you may want to check your spam folders. My mails from UKFSN and Entanet were labelled as spam, and I fould them in my spam folder on Hotmail.
