Basic ADSL plus static IP

Looking for ISP recommendations for a slightly unusual mix of features for an ADSL account. What I'm looking for is:

** Static IP
** Cheap as possible (but prefer established ISP, no short-term promotions etc)
** Usage of 200MB/month would be fine
** 512kbps (or even a bit lower) would actually be OK
** Nothing else (that I can think of) matters. Don't need email, web space, voip, vpn etc etc just basic connectivity

(In case anyone is wondering, this is to set up a data link for relatively small amounts of monthly data to a remote location. Cost is fairly crucial but nothing else beyond basic reliability is important.)

Fixed speed line, 512k, 1mb or 2mb, resilient backend, provided over Griffin lines, 25.85 inc VAT

Amongst other things they offer a free static IP address, although they offer MAX on the website if you phone them they can offer a fixed speed line, but I don't know how slow they'll go.

The only one I can think of is Metronet (aka BT now) PAYG

You could look at Newnet Lite. Excellent fast connection, fixed IP, personal service by professionals, and 3GB/mth extendable on a pay as u go each month or post pay, and no 12 month tie-in. Just 12.95 per month, cheaper by the year.
