BE isp any good?

Need a reliable ISP and at the very list, 8 MB or more. Currently, orange but theey are awful, usually getting only 1MB (or less, peak time!) in the london area - don't know why......

Have seen adverts in newspaper for BE unlimited or otherwise, BE capped at 4Gigs for
