New ISP required soon

Hello All,

Currently with F2S but are becoming fed up with the slowing of the service (fluctuates anywhere between 1.5Mbit and 5Mbit on a 8Mbit synch'd MAX line) and the fact that the only problems I've had have been on a Sat - when the support isn't open...

(Was up watching the F1 for the second test)

However, as I run VPNs to some remote sites I need a static IP address.

So I'd like advise on an ISP that can provide:

Static IP.
Decent, reliable, constantly fast download of upto 8Mbit
Decent, fast, constant upload, greater than 256Kbit (get approx. 450Kbit with F2S)
No port blocking incoming or outgoing.
Xbox Live compatible
Customer support late into evenings and at weekends.
Preferably unmetered access, otherwise at least a 30Gb download limit/month.
Monthly contract.
Preferably no setup fees.

Went with IDNet - much faster straight away than F2S. And they're tech-support is excellent! They actually call you back to help you out!

Now very happy - highly recommended!
