Sky Initiates Installation Fee, Fails to tell us

I just ordered Sky Broadband. They told me that today they had introduced a 30GBP installation fee (yesterday it would have been free). However, they haven't updated their website yet, so it still says it's free.

If you're ordering from Sky, do it soon before they update the website, and make sure you don't get charged for the install. (They offered to charge me and then refund me after a long conversation).

the website still has not been updated but sales confirm the one-off payment of
