Broadband with 5 static IPs required

I am currently with PLUSnet with1 static IP. I would like to now if its possible to get a home broadband account with 5 static IPs and how much this would cost. If not could someone recomened a business one instead? Main issues are price/download limts (heavy single user)

Entanet resellers e.g. ADSL24, UKFSN, Vivaciti etc. can provide a block of 8 IPs at no extra cost. They come with large download allowances at very reasonable prices but do be prepared for a bit of a slowdown on large downloads at peak times.
