I recommend IDNET for your ISP

I am posting this as a new thread, I did it as anonomous before so now I've registered It thought I'd do it under my username.

I would extremely highly recommend idnet.

I was with Virgin for 8 years, bb when it arrived brought speeds on their up to 8mbps such as 0.1mbps, sometimes you'd get 1mb, maybe rarely even 2mb. Over a year of try this try that, it's your cable, your socket, your bt line, your pc everything, turned out all it was is Virgin didn't have the technology in place...but would soon, another few months on I gave up with them, changed to idnet, wham bang straight up to 6.9mbps. Same at work, used Virgin up to 1.1mbps as they said that's all it could do, got 0.1mbps, switch to idnet wham bang straight up to 3.9mbps, very rural area, 2 miles from the exchange.

When I haven't been able to suss something out from my own ignorance, do the usual email to support, walk away from the pc expecting a response in the next few days as we expect..but just after sitting down, phone rings, it's idnet, tell you what to do, done job, absolutely excellent service.

They have helped me with my website to change it to them, seemless & I saved
