i was with sky 3 days before i requested a mac code
i also have sky talk telephone and full tv package and the broadband seemed like a no brainer but like with all big companys customer support is just non existent. getting past first line of customer support just wasnt happening. the guy asked me what latency was then their technical helpline had a technical fault .
for me sky was a bad connection everything was laggy even loading webpages just wasnt smooth flow, more like stop start
been with o2 now for about a week and am very happy with it faster than sky out of the box havent had to contact customer support and only
