pleaser suggest some isps as moving to virgin media is extremely hard when u r on llu.

but most recommend isp like be,plusnet,idnet,entranet, etc.

But my family/I am a heavy caller.
so m always interested in bundle deals.
before tt i was with tiscali/bt and had no issue.
with tt my internet was very unstabl.
hence i m always after vm,tiscali,tt, etc.

please advise.

You will have to decide the relative importance of phone calls and a reliable broadband connection. Are you sure BT don't have a suitable package for your phone usage? The likes of NewNet, Zen, IDNet, Entanet, etc. have good reputations for broadband.

bt is 40 gbp per month.
others r about 20.

im sure there are other companies that do bundles for phone and broadband , but if you get it from a company that seems to discount there broadband qulity against the price of there phone calls , your always going to end up being disappointed...

There are very few ISP that do truly give unlimited broadband with out traffic shaping , port throttling and even packet loss at peak times..
and of those that do they all got there own LLU network like SKY/UKonline , O2/BE there are a few others but there network are not very extensive

Well your experience with TalkTalk has probably taught you that reliable, unlimited broadband does not come with a �20 phone/BB bundle. Unless you can get Sky/UK Online or Be/O2 real unlimited is going to cost you �70 and up. But do you really need unlimited? Entanet for example can do packages with huge allowances at very reasonable prices e.g. 30GB peak/300GB off peak for �20.

My suggestion would be to source the phone bundle as just that a phone service, e.g. a CPS option.

Madasafish do line rental and calls packages, and you can get your broadband from another provider. Splitting broadband from the bundle may cost a bit more but its a case of weighing this up i.e. how much do you value reliable broadband, plus if the new provider is pants you can change easier if it is a stand alone deal

Is your telephone line with Talk Talk too? If it is, and you want to move from Talk Talk ISP also, you have to go back to BT (EDIT) or another telco provider such as Sky/Plusnet etc, to get your telephone line back from Talk Talk, and you have to pay for the privilege - I think it is about �120 to go back to BT, not sure what it is to go to the other providers.

Then you can think about looking at other solutions.

Moving to VM would require you to either get your BT line connected back up, or getting cable services for phone instead.
