Yeah, true - but like most insurance policies, it depends how often you need to call upon it.

It's free in the way that you don't have to pay extra for phone calls or extra for support on top of the monthly subscription. Using your argument air inside buildings is not free because of the charge incurred with council taxes etc to live there.

Anyone can make up arguments for anything if they feel so inclined, that doesn't mean they are right, however.
