Not until you find out why you're getting such poor speeds for a 38dB line attenuation.
Your noise margin's a little on the high side (which is good for stability, but bad if you're after increased speeds), but it's only around 4dB above normal, so will only account for about 1-1.5Mbps.
At 38dB, you really should be getting the suggested 10-11Mbps.
Check your router connecting into the 'test' socket
inside your master phone socket. Not in the front (as that will still be connected to any internal phone wiring), but
INSIDE.
Post the results, and we'll take it from there.
