So why does the madasafish website any longer refer to Brightview who no longer provide the product and why does it make no mention of Plusnet who does now provide the ADSL product sold as madasafish? The fact that all these companies are ultimately owned by BT is irrelevant to that point.

MAAF *is* part of Brightview, which in turn is part of BT.

But perhaps is still far from irrelevant to your potential customer base in view of the tarnished reputation of BT broadband for heavily throttling and capping all of its own labelled broadband products.

Most customers would be reassured these days to know that they were contracting for a broadband service provided by Plusnet rather than by BT Retail.
