tiscali speed has plummeted

i used to get around 6.5-7mb speed on my internet now its plummeted the speed problem is same on my girlfiriends netbook and laptop not sure if its the connection or the router though never had this issue before do i need to flush my router at all or anything like that its a siemens gigaset se587 wlan

Can you post some stats from your router and maybe run a new speedtest?

Need your line stats too.

Are you using a router? if so, you should have a IP you can login to and get them.

For peak time on Tiscali that is not that bad

Are you kidding? Thats sick for tiscali at peak time... I'm with F2S who got bought by pipex->tiscali->talktalk, still on tiscali servers atm and get download regularly slower than upload at peak times....
