Hey everyone
Hope someone can point me in the right direction.
Currently with EE at the moment and speeds are getting slow and time for renewal anyway. I'm convinced speeds are down to line issue but not 100% sure.
I've narrowed it down to zen, Uno, AAISP and Aquiss.
Which would you recommend out of this shortlist and I presume these would be better than EE?
I've been with zen for 20 years and have never had any cause for complaint

does it matter?and you never know it may be helpful to somebody wondering about choosing between these providers now, besides folk are probably bored in lockdown and looking for stuff to read/answer,you've replied in the thread:-why didn't you just ignore it as an old one?

One of the (many) detestable things about facebook is that the information flows past, so the same questions get asked over and over again.
Here, a question that is still relevant and valid can stay visible for months or years.
Why do you think that a previously-asked question that is still relevant should not have new responses added?

Unless something has changed with Aquiss, business traffic is prioritised over domestic accounts during the working day.
Things have very much changed since you were a customer. At the time we were waiting for our new core network to be completed which has now been in service the past 12 months.
Hi Martin, I realise that this thread is now over 12 months old, but the Aquiss FAQ about traffic management still says that business traffic has a higher priority during the working day?

We don't even list this as a published article anymore, so I am presuming a google search found this old link? This is very much obsolete. I've just removed the URL from our systems for complete clarity.

Looks like you may have a caching issue as it still shows for me.

Hi Martin,
Not Google - It was (and still is) linked from these pages

I realise that Famliy Unlimited isn't a current product (but some users may still be on it?) but potential customers will get drawn to it if they look at your Knowledgebase?
I was, despite being a previous customer, put off by some of the very out of date articles published I'm afraid when I was looking to change providers.
