Guys,
Posting here as not sure where else to. I just called Nildram to ask them something about my set-up as I have been having troubles with dropping ADSL Max connection / locked up router / wierd situation where I can ping and resolve DNS but not browse etc. Anyway on the phone I get an automated message saying something like "We are sorry for any problems caused to our ADSL Max customres and want to offer anyone who wants it a free regrade to one of our fixed speed packages"!!
Queue got too long to stay on the phone at work so I never got to speak to anyone and I can't find any news statement about these problems anywhere. I'm wondering if anyone knows what these apprent issues are and could they explain my symptoms too as they must be affecting a lot of people for an embarrasing recorded message like that.
So any news hounds out there who know more than me?
