Fo rme its got to be Zen.

Nildram are run by the same people who have turned f2s from one of the best to one of the worst ISP's in less than a year. Nildram staff also work for f2s so you don't even get their undivided attention anymore.

Whereas customer service at Zen has always been first class in my experience.

Just for further confusion, you could also have a look at IDNet

They also have a forum here on AG.

Of those two, personally I would say Zen on the basis that you're paying more for less so it should be better, IYSWIM, but in reality I'd say toss a coin and see how you get on as they are both monthly contracts and both have no problem giving a MAC code if you aren't happy.

You might want to have a look at Newnet as well, I've not used them but they look like good value and seem to have a decent reputation.

cheers,
Paul

I'm another one coming down on the Zen side of the fence, qualified by the statement I've had no personal experience of Nildram - however I've had nothing but excellent treatment from Zen.

If the 20GB download cap will do you fine then i'd suggest you go with Zen without question, it's a premium quality service. But if you are more of a casual internet user and mainly just browes and download more than 20GB a month on average then you'd be better off elsewhere like i feel i am now.
