Hi Trem

Can you PM me some details, such as your line number, sample pings and trace routes, and I'll take a look at what is going on.

Kind Regards

Steve

Hi Steve, the sample pings are linked on the previous page, I don't know how to do a trace route. Any pointers?

At work til later on, can't really do anything til I get home.

Maybe its the interleaving thingymajig, I am sure my line will be stable if interleaving is turned off as its only a 2mb connection and I can get well over that, or am I misunderstanding interleaving?

Hi

From the Start menu, select Run... .

In the "Open:" box, type cmd (Windows NT, 2000, and XP) or command (Windows 95, 98, and Me).

At the command prompt, enter tracert ip-addess , where ip-addess is the one of the server you are trying to access.

Then right click, select "Mark", highlight whe results by dragging your mouse, then press return to copy.

Kind Regards

Steve
