any idea what it is yet? Or have BT said anything. Would be nice to know whats causing it. I havent came across anybody in any other isp yet though that is having this problem. However someone from ace has just went back to normal so maybe this is a sign of things to come

You are on our 2Mb package (yes, you have not been limited to 2Mb yet)...

You are downloading at 3.2Mb....

And this is a fault?

Lookinjg at the thread, I cannot see if it's a speed, ping or other issue.

I think the best thing to do is to send all your details to [email protected] and we can take a look for you.

Kind Regards

Steve

Mines getting worse. Down to under 30 KB/s now

My guess is Eclipse is annoyed you stole half there customers and have secretly installed there traffic shaping gear when you weren`t looking

On another note any update on getting a good newsfeed as everytime i try the one you have just now it deletes the file i`m trying to get when its around half downloaded.

I get over 3mb on a speed test yet rubbish pings and download speeds, so I imagine that there is a fault yes.

There is clearly something happening if its not just me.

I will ring Ace later.
