If your service was not working beforehand, it must have been an issue that support would have bene able to deal with. I can certainly see no contact from you yesterday morning.

You're trying to blame the customer even though the evidence points to you as the culprit. What sort of operation is this?

You see no contact from me yesterday because I couldn't get out of your call queue!

Please can you PM the telephone number you were calling from (so I can look for your caller ID), i'll take a look at the PBX logs to see what has happened.

At a quick look, I cannot see any repetitive numbers trying to call us for 2 hours (or anywhere close) this morning.

Absolutely shocking treatment of a customer. Smacks of the plusnet management mentality.

Guess this is what you should expect signing up with a reseller these days though............

That's standard Ace procedure, when things go wrong, he blames everybody (supplier and customers) instead of taking responsibility for it himself.

uk_lad is spot on, i had similar troubles before i left he checked the phone logs then for me said wasnt there i would suggest getting a new phone system that works even the 3 messages left for them to call back where ignored
I would prob go even as far as saying there offices arent manned anymore as email can be done from home and that prob is a bit nearer the truth
Even thought steve wouldnt care to admit it i dare suggest

In addition, you clearly seem to have internt access, and I cannot see any emails to us either, yet you manage to post in a forum?

Well it appears it's the only way to get your attention.
