There have been loads of problems with SKY BB lately, you may want to have a look in some of the other forums on this site, if it was between the two, I would stick with BT, but even then there are better deals out there than BT right now.

It depends on what your need are with regards to broadband. Are you a heavy user? Do you know what sort of usage you need? The best deals at the moment are usage allowance packages, the days of unlimited are gone, unless you are looking at high end business connections, AOL are still doing unlimited, but as they have now been brought out by car phone warehouse, there are a lot of unknowns as they ativley shape traffic and throttle speed and ports.

What did you decide to do? I have three BT Broadband connections - one sky - two of the BT's work fine - sky works fine - customer service on the BT that does not work is appalling - Customer service at Sky appears to be much better - they at least answer and at least talk to you. John H

After reading both the BT and the Sky forum I have to say there doesn't seem to be much difference between the two - I would have thought that at least Sky's connection [not Connect] is less restricted than BT's - admittedly their CS is carp, but apparently so is BT's...!
