My personal opinion on this is to try to keep BB and phone separate. That way it does not tie you down to one supplier. My mother very recently moved over to cable. They wanted to sell her a job lot, TV+BB+Phone package tied in for 1year.

It worked out better for her to take the cable TV from them, opt for TalkTalk for the phone and get BB separately (since TalkTalk BB is not highly rated).

And down the road if the BB or phone supplier don't 'behave' then another one can easily be substituted with much less hassle.
